1. How do I place order? top Following each item, there is an "Add to Cart" button. Click on the button to add the item to your shopping cart. |
2. How do I place order for more than 1 item? top After adding each item to your shopping cart, you may close the shopping cart window to return to our web store. Just click on the "Add to Cart" button for each additonal item you wish to purchase. The item will then be added into your shopping cart. Continue your shopping until you wish to checkout. |
3. How do I change the quantity I order? top After clicking on the "Add to Cart", a window showing your shopping cart will appear. You may change the quantity of items in the shopping cart, and click on "Update Basket" to update the shopping cart. |
4. How much does postage & packaging (P&P) cost? top The P&P is calculated upon checkout based on the total estimated weight of your order. You will be notified of the total P&P payable upon checkout. |
5. I have finished shopping, how do I checkout? top You will find the "View Basket" button on each page, click on the "View Basket" button to go to your shopping cart. Click on "Secure Checkout" to finalise your order. |
6. I do not have PayPal account, can I still buy from you? top Yes, if you have PayPal account, you can pay us via your PayPal account. Otherwise, you can make payment by your credit or debit card via the PayPal checkout. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to buy from our site. |
7. Do you ship to outside the UK mainland? top We presently only ship to UK mainland. We may open the lines to orders outside UK mainland in the future. |
8. How do I keep track of my orders? top You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your order confirming the status of your order. An email will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order. |
9. I did not hear from you after 24 hours of my order, what should I do? top In most cases, check your "Spam Mail" folder. Some anti-spam software mistakenly add all unknown emails to the spam folder. If you are concerned, send us an email at hpcenq@halfpricecables.com |
10. How long does it take for me to receive my orders? top We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment received. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. |
11. The item I received is defective, what should I do? top Unless otherwise specified, all items carry DOA warranty. Contact our RMA department at hpcreturns@halfpricecables.com for return instructions. Once the item is received by our returns department, the item will be tested by our technicians. Should the item be confirmed faulty, a replacement will be dispatched to you, along with reimbursement of your return postage. If the item returned in not faulty, we will charge a handling fee of £5 before returning the item to you. The entire return-test-confirmation process should take no more than 5 working days. |
12. Why are some items priced higher than listed on eBay? top You may notice some of our items are priced higher than listed on eBay. The reason for that is to save on eBay costs. You may also notice that the P&P on eBay listings are significantly higher to cover the high eBay fees.
